Purpose and Objective

The SAP Security and GRC Specialist will be responsible for the processing of various requests relating to Access Management in various technologies, on a timely basis, ensuring that all compliance requirements are followed and adhered to in the user provisioning process. Job duties will include mapping and provisioning of access to both production and non-production for SAP, Coupa & Winshuttle. To assist with security access issues and supporting compliance activities.  The role will liaise closely with business to understand technical requirements for role building in SAP.  To Identify Segregation of duties risks and appropriately, manage and mitigate such risks in SAP GRC.  Assist in managing the SAP GRC Tool and performing various functional administration tasks.  Ensure that the responsibilities and duties surrounding security are upheld in accordance with the Glencore frameworks and values. 

 

Qualifications

  • University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
  • SAP Certification
  • 8+ years’ expert knowledge of SAP Security and GRC
  • 4+ years’ knowledge of S/4 HANA, Fiori UI5 security concepts
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

 

Additional Qualifications, skills and experience

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • experience with SAP modules such as FI, CO, PS, SD, MM, PM
  • design and maintain authorizations and roles for SAP Fiori Launchpad (Pages and Spaces would be an advantage)
  • perform system reviews and limit access to ensure that work is performed in accordance with the security policies and in line with Audit requirements.
  • experience delivering SAP upgrades: execute SU25 steps
  • knowledge of COUPA
  • Detail oriented and able to work both independently as well as collaborate with functional and business users.

Responsabilities

  • Responsible for ensuring a compliant Access management environment as it relates to SAP S/4, SAP GRC, COUPA and Winshuttle. 
  • Responsible for gathering technical requirements and the subsequent design and development of technical specification documents as it relates to SAP Security. 
  • Design, implement and unit test S4Hana security solutions using current best practices
  • Responsible for design and configuration updates in addition to enhancements on SAP GRC and taking this through a 3 tier landscape.
  • Collaborate with project and support teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with key subject matter experts to resolve issues around the security processes.
  • Design and implement process improvements in SAP GRC to enable the business and improve the control environment.
  • Provide user support and training on new functionality in the areas of SAP Security, SAP GRC and COUPA as it relates to access management.
