Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 15+ years’ experience in project planning and scheduling on large-scale capital projects

Main Objective of the Job

The Planning & Scheduling Manager is accountable for the development, integration, and governance of project schedules across the LATAM Major Projects portfolio. The role ensures schedules are realistic, risk-aware, and aligned with approved execution strategies to support effective delivery and decision-making.

Key Accountabilities

1. Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across all phases of project development and execution.
2. Establish schedule baselines, progress measurement systems, and forecasting methodologies.
3. Identify critical path drivers, schedule risks, and mitigation strategies.
4. Support scenario planning, what-if analysis, and schedule optimisation.
5. Provide schedule input to investment decisions, reviews, and assurance activities.
6. Coordinate with cost, risk, procurement, and construction teams to ensure schedule integration.
7. Monitor schedule performance and support corrective actions where required.
8. Drive continuous improvement in planning tools, processes, and capability.

Experience / Skills

• Advanced planning and scheduling expertise across EPC/EPCM and owner environments
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and related planning tools
• Ability to challenge assumptions and influence outcomes
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• English required; advance Spanish required
