Mutanda Mining (MUMI S.A.R.L) is a mining company whose registered office is at No. 4746, Avenue Laurent Désiré Kabila, Mutoshi District, Manika Commune, City of Kolwezi. Its operating headquarters, the center of its main activities, is located about 42 km from the city of Kolwezi in the province of Lualaba in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
MUMI S.A.R.L is an open-pit mining site used for the extraction of copper and cobalt ores. Mutanda Mining has a hydrometallurgical plant and a sulfuric acid manufacturing plant.

Main objectives of the position
Under the direct supervision of the Coordinator – Learning and Development Programs, the incumbent is responsible for the transfer of knowledge and skills at Mutanda by facilitating learning programs and addressing training needs and talent management requirements. The incumbent will play a key role in administering, coordinating, and facilitating learning and development initiatives to ensure the success of MUMI.
Minimum qualification
• Possess a university degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, and/or a similar field.
Required Experience
· A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a facilitator of learning and development programs
· Facilitate training interventions for the development of the target population.
Required skills
· Certification as a learning and development trainer,
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer tools,
· Intercultural communication,
· Fluency in French. Fluency in English is a great asset,
· Active listening and conflict resolution skills,
· A good understanding of the learning management system would be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
· Accurately organize and maintain all learning and development records
· Continually update records to assist in the development and presentation of accurate training statistics and reports.
· Support the training team in the coordination and administration of the needs of the training center.
· Coordinate all logistics related to the successful implementation of internal and external training schedules.
· Facilitate training programs based on operational needs and training plans
· Evaluate training programs and provide solutions to improve them
· Assist the department in implementing and maintaining MUMI HSE's safety initiatives, programs, and protocols.
· Comply with Glencore's environmental management requirements and procedures as well as MUMI SARL's environmental policy
