Kamoto Copper Company Société Anonyme, KCC SA in acronym, is a Congolese company operating in Kolwezi, capital of the province of Lualaba, in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
KCC SA exploits copper and cobalt ores on a large scale. It includes an underground mine, open-pit mines and integrated metallurgical facilities. The operation has one of the largest copper reserves in the world, with a current life of over 25 years.

Job Description
The purpose of a Senior SME - Finance Systems is to implement the Information System agenda across the Finance and Commercial discipline at large, and act as a change agent to drive system innovation, efficiency and business process.
He/She will have, among other things, the following responsibilities (non-exhaustive list):
- Providing a business analyst role to the Finance and Other commercial functions.
- Understanding all current applications and systems and looking at fit for purpose solutions as the business requires them.
- Supporting the Finance function in leveraging available technology to the company in order to drive standardization across the organization.
- Ensuring ERP linked systems are functioning day to day, troubleshooting, and checking system errors / up time.
- Assist Finance end users through the various system issues, queries raised as well as recommending solutions that the team can try to mitigate the issues
- Executing Project delivery under the leadership of the Finance Systems ManagerExecuting systems related Ad hoc activities as required from time to time.
- Act as a Change Management Agent for department (Testing changes, developed application/software and processes)
- Assist the Department with Systems Training
- Assessing business processes to comply with the applicable Delegation of Authority policy.
- SAP FICO Master data Owner and requestor.
- Partnering with company Managers (Finance, SCM, Logistics, Business, Projects), to understand what the business priorities are and translating these back into the major Information Systems programs of work. This involves strategically participating in any requirement with an IS angle + managing new enhancements / reporting to applications.
- Monitoring and managing finance support tickets and tasks assigned to the SAP FICO SME.
