Mutanda Mining (MUMI S.A.R.L) is a mining company whose registered office is at No. 4746, Avenue Laurent Désiré Kabila, Mutoshi District, Manika Commune, City of Kolwezi. Its operating headquarters, the center of its main activities, is located about 42 km from the city of Kolwezi in the province of Lualaba in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
MUMI S.A.R.L is an open-pit mining site used for the extraction of copper and cobalt ores. Mutanda Mining has a hydrometallurgical plant and a sulfuric acid manufacturing plant.

Main objectives of the position
Under the supervision of the Superintendent of Health and Safety, the Occupational Health and Safety Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, compiling, analyzing and managing health and safety data. He/she is also responsible for the preparation of health and safety reports and presentations.
Minimum qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Required Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a similar position.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to plan and organize effectively
- Competence in developing and monitoring action plans

Key Responsibilities
- Enter MUMI's HSE data into Glencore's Business Practices Database.
- Manage the Enablon action management system, including data capture, tracking, and analysis.
- Analyze leading and lagging health and safety indicators, using predefined tools and formats, and produce clear findings.
- Translate the annual OHS plan into an operational calendar, integrating objectives and key meetings.
- Upload audits and action plans to Enablon, follow up on them, reassign deadlines in consultation with management.
- Plans activities or subordinates them to other actions, and monitors compliance with deadlines.
- Generate and distribute regular reports from the Enablon system to management.
- Carry out reminders to managers for overdue or near-due actions in the management systems.
- Report on the level of compliance of critical controls associated with major risks.
- Comply with Glencore's environmental procedures and requirements as well as the environmental policy in force at MUMI S.A.R.L.
