Main objectives of the position

Under the direct supervision of the IT/OT/IS Manager, the IT Service Delivery Superintendent is responsible for managing and ensuring the efficient and ongoing delivery of IT services within the company.

In particular, he/she is responsible for project management, monitoring and resolving reliability issues, monitoring progress and key performance indicators, managing budgets and maintaining the quality and continuity of services.

He/she also ensures that end-users are always satisfied with IT services.

Minimum qualification

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent.
• Microsoft, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ (N+) and ITIL certifications preferred.

Required Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a technical support position including 3 years of experience supervising and managing a technical support team and IT operations;

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a highly available, secure, compliant, scalable, and cost-effective IT architecture.

• Manage the infrastructure, changes, incidents and continuity of IT services.
• Guarantee an optimal quality of service and the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
• Manage technical teams, engineers, service providers and subcontractors.
• Ensure skills development through training, coaching and mentoring.
• Manage suppliers, contracts, SLAs and IT services.
• Manage IT projects while respecting deadlines, costs, quality and scope.
• Prepare bids, tenders, technical specifications and contract negotiations.
• Plan and track IT department/support budgets, costs, and resources.
• Define and monitor KPIs, quality and safety performance indicators.
• Oversee team performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure workplace safety, adherence to procedures and site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with environmental requirements, energy efficiency and responsible management of e-waste.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure continuity of IT services.
• Carry out any other mission entrusted by the hierarchy.
• Comply with Glencore's environmental management requirements and procedures as well as MUMI SARL's environmental policy.
