Watu Wetu SAS, WW SAS in acronym, is a company under Congolese law operating in Kolwezi, capital of the province of Lualaba in the Democratic Republic of Congo, with the main activity of managing a medical service for businesses and A training center. WW SAS serves the companies Kamoto Copper Company SA and Mutanda Mining SARL which are its main shareholders.
The company covers the medical care of all employees of these two companies as well as their family members.
WW SAS comprises three facilities, namely Watu Wetu Clinic in Mumi, Watu Wetu City Site and Watu Wetu Hospital in KCC. With additional services provided by third-party healthcare facilities for employees and dependents located in Lubumbashi and Kinshasa, as well as those referred for specialized treatment not available in Kolwezi.
Watu Wetu SAS provides health services to a population of approximately 70,000 people.

Job Description
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director, the incumbent will ensure the operational excellence of the HR team. He/she will be responsible for supervising and managing human resources systems, processes, procedures, tools, data while respecting company policy. Build and manage the team to provide exceptional internal customer service.
His responsibilities will include, among others, (non-exhaustive) the following:
- Provides expertise and/or advice to managers of departments/services in the sector on all matters relating to human resources administration.
- Ensures that the decisions to be taken and their application do not contravene legal provisions relating to labor law.
- Analyzes, develops and proposes to his/her hierarchical superior any recommendations concerning possible modifications to be made to programs, policies, procedures, standards, etc .;
- Provides recurring reports and advice to the management team based on data from these systems,
- Acts as a strategic business partner for the company's units.
- Plans the department's activities;
- Regularly informs his/her superior of the progress of activities.
- Assumes responsibility for carrying out specific activities requested by the hierarchy within the framework of his mandate.
- In collaboration with the Human Resources Director, manages the career and succession plans of the company's staff.
- Ensures regular pay.
- Assists the Human Resources Director in the assessment and management of discipline
- Monitors and assists department/service heads and management executives in the conduct and management of employee performance.
- Manages the units under his responsibility and ensures that they fulfill their mandates;
- Assists and coaches employees in carrying out their tasks, and provides training.
- Evaluates team performance and provides training,
- Prepares periodic administrative and statistical presentations and reports;
- Ensures the management of all documentation relating to personnel movements.
- Manages recruitment services in a professional manner and in accordance with company policy, in order to provide the company with a qualified workforce
- Through its departments, ensures company-wide compliance with personnel administration policies and procedures.
- Receives, reviews and directs proposals from unit heads of department regarding transfers, promotions, temporary assignments, sanctions, working hours, etc., for staff members.
- Guarantees, through the HR team under his supervision, the concept of customer service while respecting the management procedures in force.
- Organizes working meetings with sector department managers or line managers, in order to improve understanding of mandates, interpretation of collective agreement clauses, company regulations, HR procedures and policies, etc.
- Measures satisfaction with services provided.
- Evaluates the achievements of each staff member.
- Assesses the difficulties encountered by employees and seeks appropriate solutions .
- Provides and communicates, formally and in a timely manner, to public and private institutions, in particular: MINETPS, Labor Inspection, Social Security, National Employment Office, National Social Security Fund, banks and reports to his/her hierarchical superior, etc.
- In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the necessary reports and information.
- Prepares inspection visits organized by public institutions and the Glencore group within the limits of its skills and responsibilities
