Kamoto Copper Company Société Anonyme, KCC SA in acronym, is a Congolese company operating in Kolwezi, capital of the province of Lualaba, in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
KCC SA exploits copper and cobalt ores on a large scale. It includes an underground mine, open-pit mines and integrated metallurgical facilities. The operation has one of the largest copper reserves in the world, with a current life of over 25 years.

Job Description
direct supervision of the Superintendent , HR Systems and Process, the incumbent will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining efficient databases to optimize HR processes. He will be responsible for collecting and analyzing the needs of the various HR departments in order to translate these requirements into relevant technological solutions. By working closely with the IT teams, he will ensure the implementation and integration of new functionalities into existing systems. In addition, he will be responsible for the quality and security of data, by implementing adequate protection measures. Finally, he will participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes by proposing innovative solutions and optimizing the performance of human resources management systems.
He/She will have, among other things, the following essential functions (non-exhaustive list):
- Provide complete stewardship of HR databases, including design, development, maintenance and optimization. This also includes implementing rigorous security and backup measures.
- Actively participate in the integration of HR systems with other company systems (payroll, project management, etc.), in close collaboration with the biometric infrastructure team and developers.
- Design and develop customized reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of different HR stakeholders (management team, department heads, etc.). These reports will help analyze HR data, identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of HR systems to identify and resolve technical issues. This involves working closely with the IT team and end users to implement sustainable solutions.
- Provide first-level support to end users of HR systems. This includes training, incident resolution and process documentation.
