  • Control the quality and quantity of the shotcrete. This includes ensuring that blends meet formulation designs, verifying batching operations, monitoring the accuracy of production reports, and evaluating inventory levels against min-max. This includes regular factory visits to ensure compliance and production performance.
  • Produce, verify and correct daily, weekly and monthly reports. This includes compiling information from operations, plants, and maintenance, checking for inconsistencies, correcting errors, and redistributing validated reports. This includes organizing data to ensure it's accessible across Teams and the intranet.
  • Actively participate in operational and technical meetings. This includes attending daily backfill meetings, providing relevant technical feedback, and representing backfill interests  to other departments. This includes the presentation of performance, operational needs and identified risks.
