Purpose and objective
Coordinate and lead the implementation of strategies, ensuring the effective execution of training, selection, induction, performance management and development programs; promoting alignment between work teams, continuous improvement and the strengthening of human capital as part of Antapaccay's value chain.
General Responsibilities
1. Complete the annual applications related to the management of the Compliance area.
2. Carry out daily work exercising leadership and commitment to Human Rights, complying with the Policy and guidelines on Human Rights
3.Execute the actions for the fulfillment of the Human Resources goals approved for the current year.
4. Ensure compliance with the CAPEX and OPEX approved for your area.
HSEC Responsibilities
1. Permanently supervise activities, enforcing the rules, procedures, standards, protocols and regulations for risk control and stop activities that do not have the required controls.
2. Develop Visible Leadership according to the requirements of SAFEWORK
3. Comply with the EMA and health surveillance programs derived from it.
4. Implement and/or maintain high reliability in the operation of the critical controls that correspond to it.
5. Comply with the environmental KPIs of your area"
6. Guarantee compliance with Antapaccay's Social Responsibility policy and the Social Performance Standard in its areas, effectively organizing the responsibilities, actions and behaviors for its compliance.
7. Participate in the scheduled course on social management in Antapaccay, where topics such as the Social Performance Standard, Social Responsibility Policy, among others, will be discussed.
8. Disseminate to their work teams the Community Relations Policy (part of the HSEC policies)
• Work Environment and Employee Value Proposition: Coordinate the execution of the work environment actions and the Employee Value Proposition program
• Selection and Career Lines: Supervise the correct execution of the recruitment, selection and induction processes, guaranteeing compliance with policies and standards defined by the Superintendence
• Recognition Program: Manage the Antapaccay Recognition plan, promote its integration in the different areas of the organization to improve the work environment and strengthen the positive perception among workers
• Copper Training and Leadership: Lead and coordinate the planning, execution and monitoring of the Copper Training and Leadership programs, in coordination with the corporate team and Antapaccay's management, ensuring compliance with the strategic objectives of learning and strengthening talent. Manage the Annual Training Plan (PAC), guaranteeing the closing of knowledge and development gaps according to the objectives of each area, as well as the correct administration of the budget and the timely execution of the scheduled courses.
• Performance: Coordinate and ensure the Performance Management process, supervising the fulfillment of the programmed activities and ensuring alignment with the organizational objectives. Supervise the execution of strategic initiatives assigned to the area, ensuring coordination with the responsible areas and compliance with milestones and deliverables.
