Purpose
Provide dedicated Human Capital support to Asset Managers, integrating operational priorities with people management, ensuring consistent execution of people processes — from workforce planning, performance, and succession to culture, leadership, and compliance — and providing day-to-day support to leaders to strengthen safety, productivity, and employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 8 years of experience in similar roles, ideally in multinational, industrial, or mining organizations.
- Experience using HR systems (preferably SuccessFactors).

Key Accountabilities
- People Partnership
Partner with site leaders to understand operational priorities and translate them into people plans, participating in day-to-day management and identifying workforce risks and opportunities, with a focus on safety, productivity, and culture. - Workforce Planning & Talent Management
Lead the workforce planning process for the assigned area, identifying current and future capability gaps, managing succession and talent plans, and facilitating internal mobility and career development. - Performance & Rewards
Lead execution of annual performance and compensation cycles, ensuring calibration, internal equity, and support to leaders in decision-making. - Leadership & Culture
Drive initiatives that strengthen leadership, model the desired culture, and reinforce behaviors aligned with safety, operational excellence, and Glencore DNA. - Organizational Changes
Support leaders in implementing organizational changes — including structural adjustments, new projects, and capabilities — ensuring consistency, communication, and proper management of people impact. - Employee Lifecycle
Support leaders in managing the employee lifecycle, promoting the use of SuccessFactors, escalating cases and improvements to the HR Operations Hub, and ensuring data quality and process compliance. - Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance by applying corporate and regional policies and standards, and supporting audits and controls.
