"MUMI S.A.R.L" is an open-pit mining site used for the extraction of copper and cobalt ores. Mutanda Mining has a hydro-metallurgical plant and a sulfuric acid manufacturing plant. MUMI is recruiting a: CMMS Engineer Mine Maintenance

Main objectives of the position
Under the supervision of the Superintendent of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), the Mine Maintenance CMMS Engineer will be responsible for asset KPIs, reporting, costing, repair history, maintenance strategy, data integrity in the CMMS, and the development of standard maintenance procedures associated with the fleets.
Minimum qualification
- Engineering degree, (civil, mechanical, electrical); Industrial Engineer in Electromechanics
Required Experience
- Minimum Five (5) years of experience in supervising maintenance planning and supervision.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) required.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with AMT software modules, tables and files.
- In-depth understanding of the MUMI parts/materials management process.
- Basic knowledge in SAP
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in both French and English.
- License to drive a light vehicle.
- Sociable, hard worker.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate the development of new maintenance planning processes and procedures for the fleet (HME and LV).
- Ensure distribution of approved maintenance planning processes and procedures, defined by the AMT/MTN Planning Committee, to all mobile equipment engineering users...
- Responsible for documenting approved changes to AMT's system codes, users, equipment, and security changes for audit purposes.
- Responsible for creating, modifying or deleting AMT system codes, users, devices or approved security profiles for users after the approval of the manager.
- Liaise with MUMI Finance for all additions, modifications or deletions of AMT equipment after review.
- Communicate all changes and interruptions to the AMT system to all affected users.
- Lead the AMT/MTN planning committee on site. Meetings, agenda, etc.
- Responsible for programming and coordinating AMT training for new and existing users.
- Directly supervises CMMS/MTN planning supervisors and senior planners. He is responsible for defining objectives and monitoring activities.
- Interface with MUMI's IT department and RPM Global staff for all issues related to the system and AMT interface.
- Participate in the testing of all AMT system patches received for issues reported to RPM Global.
- Develop/monitor AMT data audit reports to ensure compliance with processes and procedures.
- Periodically verifies the integrity of AMT data for their respective area of work and reports any anomalies or improvements required to maintenance planning departments.
- Lead the development and testing of ad-hoc reports from AMT, SAP ERP and Orb Fusion for maintenance planning purposes.
- Promote an exemplary safety culture by integrating Glencore's requirements and MUMI's safety principles.
- Comply with Glencore's environmental management requirements and procedures as well as MUMI SARL's environmental policy.
